All items listed as "In stock" will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via economy ground service unless expedited shipping is added in the checkout process.
MANUFACTURER DIRECT PRODUCTS
All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.
Note: Please be aware that manufacturer direct products may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. If backordered, you will receive an email notification from us with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, we will promptly refund your money.

By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency regarding our refund and return procedures and apply to all orders within the United States.
A. 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Items must have a value of over $50.00, excluding shipping and taxes, to be eligible for return.
- Returns cannot exceed $1,000 in value
- Repackaging Items for Return: All items must be returned in their original packaging. To avoid damage, do not place tape or shipping labels directly on the product's box (e.g., shoe boxes). Instead, place the box inside a separate shipping box or padded envelope for protection. Returns with damaged or defaced original packaging will not be accepted.

B. Return Shipping Fees
- Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions
Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Basketball Hoops
- Shop Indoor Golf products
- Large products (subject to Midway Sports’ discretion)

D. Return Process
To initiate a return:

I. Unused Discounts Policy
