Manufacturer Direct Item Policy
MANUFACTURER DIRECT ITEM POLICY
All manufacturer direct item sales are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. These items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless the item arrived damaged or with defects. All manufacturer direct orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and take 1-2 days to process. Expedited shipping is not available.
Returns on damaged or defective items must be activated within 7 days of arrival at the shipping address associated with the order on record.
Please note that this item may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. If backordered, you will receive an email notification from us with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, we will refund your money.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
All custom and personalized items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name, or number are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective in materials and/or decoration.
Returns on defective custom or personalized items must be activated within 7 days of arrival at the shipping address associated with the order on record.
How do I return my order?
After confirming that your order is eligible for a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team, and they can send you a prepaid label to return the order to us. Upon receipt, the Customer Service Team will review your ticket and handle the return/exchange as outlined above.
Any decorated item(s) returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and a refund will not be credited to your account.
