Orders & Payments

When am I charged for my order?
All orders are charged immediately at checkout to reserve inventory and begin processing.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do orders ship from?
Orders may ship from our warehouse, store or directly from our brand partners/manufacturers.

How long will my order take?
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the item and fulfillment method.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment source.


Inventory & Availability

Are all items in stock?
If an item appears as in stock on our website, it is expected to be available for fulfillment.

What happens if an item is unavailable?
In the rare case that an item cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • In resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


Refunds & Store Credit

Do you offer refunds?
Returns for orders over $50 are eligible for a refund if they meet our return requirements.

What about orders under $50?
Orders under $50 are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

What will my refund amount be?

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Example:
If you return a $100 item, your refund will be approximately $85 after fees.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Are shipping costs refunded?
No. Freight and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

How long does it take to process a return?
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Once approved, refunds or credits are processed within several business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or decorated items
  • Orders over $1,000
  • Basketball Hoops
  • Shop Indoor Golf products
  • Barbell Standard products
  • Large products (at Midway’s discretion)

Custom & Team Orders

Can custom or team items be returned?
No. Custom orders, including decorated apparel, are final sale unless the item is defective or an error was made during production.

What if there is an issue with my order?
Any defects or order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.


Manufacturer Direct Items

Can manufacturer-direct items be returned?
Yes, but only if:

  • The item is blank and unembellished
  • It meets all return conditions
  • The total return value does not exceed $1,000

Order Issues & Responsibility

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

What is Midway Sports not responsible for?
We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Misuse
  • Customer installation
  • Freight damage
  • Improper storage

General Policies

Do I agree to your policies when placing an order?
Yes. By completing your purchase, you agree to all Midway Sports policies.

Can Midway Sports cancel an order?
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, inaccuracies, or inventory issues.
