SIX LEVELS OF RESISTANCE FOR OPTIMUM INTENSITY

Resistance bands offer increasing resistance through the range of motion as the band is stretched. The range of resistance from beginning to end of the motion is outlined below:

• Yellow: 5 to 15 pounds of resistance
• Red: 10 to 25 pounds
• Black: 20 to 50 pounds
• Purple : 40 to 75 pounds
• Green: 50 to 100 pounds
• Blue: 60 to 125 pounds

41" STANDARDIZED DESIGN

Our seamless latex Strength Bands each measure 41 inches long (82 inches total circumference) to deliver a precise range of resistance.

THREE SETS FOR THREE USE-CASES

Full Set gives you everything you need for added intensity, expanded gym versatility, or as a lightweight addition to your home rehab/recovery, strength, or mobility and conditioning program. Included in the set is one of each of our six bands.

Light Set combines our three lightest bands to create a set of 5 that is ideal for pull-up assistance, conditioning, rehab, mobility, light weightlifting, or just to safely increase workout intensity without adding additional weights. Included in the set:

• 2 x Yellow
• 2 x Red
• 1 x Black

Heavy Set combines one of each of our three heaviest bands for banded bench, squats, and other lower body movements or beginning assisted body-weight movements. Our Purple band is a favorite for stretching and mobility. Included in the set:

• 1 x Purple
• 1 x Green
• 1 x Blue

All items listed as "In stock" will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via economy ground service unless expedited shipping is added in the checkout process.

MANUFACTURER DIRECT PRODUCTS

All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.

Note: All sales are final for manufacturer direct products, and cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not available unless the item is defective. Please be aware that manufacturer direct products may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. If backordered, you will receive an email notification from us with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, we will promptly refund your money.

Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency regarding our refund and return procedures and apply to all orders within the United States.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

B. Return Shipping Fees

• Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions

Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Basketball Hoops
• Shop Indoor Golf products
• Large products (subject to Midway Sports’ discretion)

D. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

E. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at contact@midwaysports.com or +1 786-353-2005. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution at no cost to you.

Processing times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

F. Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

• Damaged or defective items.
• Incorrect items received.
• Incorrect size.
• Fit or style preferences for unembellished, unused items with original tags and packaging.

G. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

H. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

I. Unused Discounts Policy

Refunds are not available for unused discounts or promotions. Discounts must be applied during the purchase process. Retroactive adjustments for missed discounts are not possible. Please review and apply any discounts before completing your order to ensure the best value.
