MANUFACTURER DIRECT PRODUCTS

All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.

Note: Please be aware that manufacturer direct products may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. If backordered, you will receive an email notification from us with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, we will promptly refund your money.

Inventory Clarification

We aim to clarify the distinction between "In stock" items stored in our warehouse, available for immediate shipment, and those labeled as "In stock" items from manufacturers.

WAREHOUSE INVENTORY

Items labeled as "In stock" and available for immediate shipment are physically present in our warehouse. These items will be shipped within 1 business day of placing your order.

MANUFACTURER DIRECT INVENTORY

For certain products, we collaborate with manufacturers to display their inventory as "In stock" on our platform. These items are not housed in our warehouse but are readily available at the manufacturer's facility. Orders for manufacturer direct items will be processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping will be directly handled by the manufacturer.

Expedited shipping is not available for these items.

Important Notes Regarding Manufacturer Direct Items:

Shipping Origin:
Manufacturer direct items will be shipped directly from the respective manufacturer's facility.
Backorders: If inventory is not available at the manufacturer's facility, there may be a backorder date. In such cases, you will receive an email notification with the expected ship date.
Out of Stock: If an item is completely out of stock at the manufacturer's facility, you will be notified, and a prompt refund will be issued.

Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency regarding our refund and return procedures and apply to all orders within the United States.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

B. Return Shipping Fees

Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions

Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

Basketball Hoops
Shop Indoor Golf products
Large products (subject to Midway Sports’ discretion)

D. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

E. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at contact@midwaysports.com or +1 786-353-2005. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution at no cost to you.

Processing times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

F. Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

Damaged or defective items.
Incorrect items received.

Fit or style preferences for unembellished, unused items with original tags and packaging.

G. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

H. Refunds

I. Unused Discounts Policy

Refunds are not available for unused discounts or promotions. Discounts must be applied during the purchase process. Retroactive adjustments for missed discounts are not possible. Please review and apply any discounts before completing your order to ensure the best value.

Manufacturer Direct Item Policy

Manufacturer direct items may be returned if they are unembellished and blank stock products, provided the total return value is less than $1,000. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Exceptions:

Items that are embellished or customized are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.

Processing Time:
Manufacturer direct orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and require 1-2 business days for processing. Expedited shipping is unavailable.

Backorders:
If an item is backordered, you will receive an email notification with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Custom & Personalized Product Return Policy

All custom and personalized items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects in materials or decoration. Items decorated with a logo, name, or number are final sale unless defective.

If a custom or personalized item is defective, you must report it within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

For returns of unembellished stock items under $1,000, contact our Customer Service Team to request a prepaid return label. Once the return is received and reviewed, a refund or exchange will be processed.
