Note: All sales are final for manufacturer direct products, and cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not available unless the item is defective. Please be aware that manufacturer direct products may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions

Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
