VukGripz is a company owned and operated by players and coaches! We took a player-approach with these new Canine Batting Gloves! The industry is made up of companies thank think more about look and design. But, VukGripz develops technology for players to improve their game! So, we decided to create another pioneering pair of batting gloves! Our Canine Batting Gloves may sound simple, but we don't do anything with out a deep meaning, background and tons of research!
Our American Made Gripping Technology is 100% different than any, other company or product in the world! So, these products kept our unmatched gripping power on the fingers, while we adjusted the grip design on the palm! We will continue to explain our approach and how we created this products below!
Importance of a Wolf's Canines when Hunting Prey!
The canine teeth in a wolf's mouth are the most important teeth during a hunt! According to the International Wolf Center in Minneapolis, MN, the definition of canine teeth is this:
"Canines – The sharp, pointed teeth (fangs) that carnivores use to pierce and tear the flesh of their prey."
Our research on GRIP started over 8 years ago in 2013! We understand how important it is whether athletes play a sport or a wolf is on the hunt! If a wolf has a weak jaw, it will not successfully be able to takedown its prey to survive. The same mentality goes for baseball and softball players in the batter's box! If a player's grip faults trying to hit a ball over and over again, their career will not survive. So, just like a wolf's canines, our Canine Batting Gloves feature our Award-Winning Grips on the 4 fingers of the batting gloves! We refer to these fingers as the CANINES!
Why are there no Grips on the Palms anymore?
We changed the entire industry on how players think about gripping their bat. We just did it again with our Canine Batting Gloves! Previously, our entire line of batting gloves had our Award-Winning Grip Technology on the thumb, 4 fingers, across the palm and on the outside of the hand! Grips were installed in strategic areas to protect the leather of the gloves! Most player's will see the grips begin to breakdown on the palms before the leather! This is a huge success! Added protection on batting gloves is a major benefit! But, some players think added durability makes batting gloves "too bulky." So, the changes we made the Canine Batting Gloves are:
- We removed the palm grips to open up the interaction between the highest quality of leather in the industry and the baseball bat!
- This gives player's a PRO STYLE feeling like they are use to with other brands.
- Instead of the knob rubbing on our durability grip on the outside of the hand, we replaced it with a leather pad
- This leather pad will provide the same durability advantage as our grip pad!
- This leather pad will also blend in with the glove and now show as much "real time" durability as our grip pad did.
Shipping Details
MIDWAY STORE PRODUCTS
All items listed as "In stock" will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via economy ground service unless expedited shipping is added in the checkout process.
MANUFACTURER DIRECT PRODUCTS
All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.
Note: Please be aware that manufacturer direct products may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. If backordered, you will receive an email notification from us with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, we will promptly refund your money.
STORE POLICIES
Refund & Return Policy
By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies apply to all U.S. orders and ensure transparency regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns.
A. 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange requests for incorrect, damaged, and defective items.
To be eligible:
- Only one refund or exchange is allowed per order
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must include original tags and original packaging
- Returns cannot exceed $1,000 in total value
- Items over $50 (excluding tax & shipping) are eligible for refund
- Items under $50 (excluding tax & shipping) are eligible for exchange or store credit only
- Custom, decorated, team, clearance, and special-order items are final sale unless defective
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Repackaging for Returns
Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on product packaging (such as shoe boxes). All items must be packed inside a separate shipping box or padded envelope. Returns with damaged or defaced packaging will be rejected.
Manufacturer Direct items follow the Manufacturer Direct Policy.
B. Return Shipping Fees
Free Return Shipping
If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid label.
Customer-Paid Return Shipping
For all other returns (size, fit, style, or preference), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Store credit returns are subject to the same deductions as refunds. A return shipping fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns are shipped at the customer’s risk until received and inspected by Midway Sports.
C. Product Exclusions
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Basketball Hoops
- Shop Indoor Golf products
- Barbell Standard products
- Large products (at Midway’s discretion)
D. Return Process
- Contact our support team to start a return
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Once approved, a return shipping label will be issued
Returns sent without approval or without the issued label will not be accepted.
E. Return Shipment Deadline
Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
If the carrier does not scan the package within that window, the return will be automatically canceled and the label voided.
If a return is canceled due to a missed shipment deadline, the customer may submit a new return request as long as the order is still within the 14-day return window. Once the return window has passed, the return is no longer eligible.
F. Inspection & Denied Returns
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If a return does not meet eligibility requirements (including being worn, damaged, missing tags, customized, or outside the return window), it will be denied.
If denied:
- No refund or exchange will be issued
- The customer may request the item be shipped back by providing a prepaid return label within 7 days
- If no label is provided, the item may be donated or disposed of
Midway Sports is not responsible for shipping costs on denied returns.
G. Return Address

H. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Size, fit, or style issues for unused, unembellished items
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and follow the same approval and shipping rules as returns.
I. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@midwaysports.com.
To ensure timely resolution, please include the following in your email:
- Clear image(s) showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Your order number
- Confirmation of whether you prefer a replacement or a refund
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the affected item(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will assist with processing either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and eligibility.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
J. Lost or Undelivered Packages
We understand that shipping carrier errors can occasionally occur.
If tracking information shows a package as successfully delivered, we are unable to take action, as the carrier has confirmed delivery.
If there is a misdelivered package, damaged delivery, or unclear or no delivery image provided by the carrier, and you believe the package may have been lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Once the claim has been submitted, please email contact@midwaysports.com with the following:
- The carrier claim or reference number
- Any supporting image(s) or documentation provided by the carrier, if available
After review, we will be happy to assist further by issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation. If the carrier requires any documentation from Midway Sports to complete the claim, we will gladly provide it.
K. Restocking Fees
A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
L. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
M. Unused Discounts
Discounts must be applied at checkout. Retroactive discounts cannot be applied after purchase.
N. Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, high-volume seasons, or vendor delays may occur. In cases of significant delay, Midway Sports may offer refunds or cancellations at its discretion.
