GREEN VIEW

HAZARD VIEW

Quickly scroll through each hazard and layup distance on the map to see how far it is to reach each one.

The range finder now displays wind speed and direction, which makes figuring out which club to use and which direction to swing much easier.

PLAYSLIKE DISTANCE

This feature adjusts yardages for uphill or downhill shots based on the change in elevation from where you are standing to the target.

All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.

Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency regarding our refund and return procedures and apply to all orders within the United States.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• Only One exchange and/or refund is allowed.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Returns cannot exceed $1,000 in value.
• Items with a value over $50.00 (excluding shipping and taxes) are eligible for a return for refund.
• items with a value under $50 (excluding shipping and taxes) are eligible for exchange and store credit only.
• Repackaging Items for Return: All items must be returned in their original packaging. To avoid damage, do not place tape or shipping labels directly on the product's box (e.g., shoe boxes). Instead, place the box inside a separate shipping box or padded envelope for protection. Returns with damaged or defaced original packaging will not be accepted.

B. Return Shipping Fees

• Free Return Shipping: If your return is the result of a product defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no charge to you.
• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as those due to size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A standard reshipping fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.

C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions

Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Basketball Hoops
• Shop Indoor Golf products
• Large products (subject to Midway Sports’ discretion)

If you have any questions about whether a specific product is eligible for return, please contact us before purchase.

D. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Start the process online by reaching our customer support via chat or email.
2. Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to use.

Important: Items returned without prior approval or without the provided prepaid label will not be accepted. 

E. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

All approved returns must be shipped to the following address only:

Returns sent to any other address or location will not be eligible for a refund.

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us first at contact@midwaysports.com to receive your prepaid return shipping label and return authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

F. Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

• Damaged or defective items.
• Incorrect items received.
• Incorrect size.
• Fit or style preferences for unembellished, unused items with original tags and packaging.

To request an exchange:

2. Submit your exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order.

G. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

H. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

I. Unused Discounts Policy

Refunds are not available for unused discounts or promotions. Discounts must be applied during the purchase process. Retroactive adjustments for missed discounts are not possible. Please review and apply any discounts before completing your order to ensure the best value.

J. Shipping Delays

We understand how important it is to receive your orders promptly, and we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including shipping carrier delays, high demand during peak seasons, or unforeseen supply chain issues.
