WAREHOUSE INVENTORY

Items labeled as "In stock" and available for immediate shipment are physically present in our warehouse. These items will be shipped within 1 business day of placing your order.

MANUFACTURER DIRECT INVENTORY

For certain products, we collaborate with manufacturers to display their inventory as "In stock" on our platform. These items are not housed in our warehouse but are readily available at the manufacturer's facility. Orders for manufacturer direct items will be processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping will be directly handled by the manufacturer.

Expedited shipping is not available for these items.

• Shipping Origin:
  Manufacturer direct items will be shipped directly from the respective manufacturer's facility.
• Backorders: If inventory is not available at the manufacturer's facility, there may be a backorder date. In such cases, you will receive an email notification with the expected ship date.
• Out of Stock: If an item is completely out of stock at the manufacturer's facility, you will be notified, and a prompt refund will be issued.

Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure transparency regarding our refund and return procedures and apply to all orders within the United States.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Items must have a value of over $50.00, excluding shipping and taxes, to be eligible for return.
• Repackaging Items for Return: All items must be returned in their original packaging. To avoid damage, do not place tape or shipping labels directly on the product's box (e.g., shoe boxes). Instead, place the box inside a separate shipping box or padded envelope for protection. Returns with damaged or defaced original packaging will not be accepted.

B. Return Shipping Fees

• Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions

Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Large products (subject to Midway Sports’ discretion)

Manufacturer Direct Item Policy

Manufacturer direct items may be returned if they are unembellished and blank stock products, provided the total return value is less than $1,000. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Exceptions:

• Items that are embellished or customized are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.

Processing Time:
Manufacturer direct orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and require 1-2 business days for processing. Expedited shipping is unavailable.

Backorders:
If an item is backordered, you will receive an email notification with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Custom & Personalized Product Return Policy

All custom and personalized items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects in materials or decoration. Items decorated with a logo, name, or number are final sale unless defective.

If a custom or personalized item is defective, you must report it within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
