All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.

Note: All sales are final for manufacturer direct products, and cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not available unless the item is defective. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

B. Return Shipping Fees

• Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns, such as size, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

C. Product Exclusions and Restrictions

Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

I. Unused Discounts Policy
