Return & Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Effective 9/01/2020 - As a result of the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we have decided, at the safety of our personnel, to temporarily close our returns department. All sales are final until our returns department is reopened.

 

STANDARD ITEM RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customer receipt or tracking number on unworn items. No refunds will be given unless the item has become unavailable and the order cannot be fulfilled. Returns will be offered, and a store credit will be issued that is valid for up to one year and valid on midwaysports.com and in store purchases. Credit is not applicable for shipping costs. For returns, return shipping will not be reimbursed. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL ITEMS, NOR CAN SALE ITEMS BE CANCELLED. ALL SALES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

 

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless the item is not 100% free from defects in materials and/or decoration.

Returns on custom or personalized items must be activated within 7 days of arrival at the shipping address associated with the order on record.

 

STOCK UNIFORM RETURN POLICY

All stock uniform items are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. These items are not eligible for a cancellation, return or exchange unless the item arrived damaged or with defects.

Returns on damaged or defected items must be activated within 7 days of arrival at the shipping address associated with the order on record

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

With your Midway Membership, you have 14 days to try it on, try it out, and see if it's perfect for you. If at any point during those 14 days you decide it's just not right, you can return your order for a refund or exchange the item for another size or color. For an exchange, please contact us and we'll make it happen.

 You also may exchange items ordered from midwaysports.com at the Midway Sports physical store. Just make sure the item you want to exchange is unwashed, unworn and in the condition it was originally received. Original condition includes but is not limited to all original tags and stickers that were originally on the item(s) when received. Midway Sports reserves the rights to decline a return or refund if item(s) is not in these conditions.

Can I exchange MidwaySports.com orders online?

Currently, you may start a return online, but to exchange your order, you'll need to contact us.

What do I need to provide to be able to exchange my order?

If you're a Midway Member and were signed in at the time of your purchase, we can look up your order history, so there's no need to provide us anything—either on the phone or in a store. If you would like to speed up the exchange, or if you made your purchase as a "guest," you'll want to have your packing slip or purchase confirmation email.

How do I return my order?

After confirming that your order is eligible for a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team and they can send you a prepaid label to return the order to us. Upon receipt, the Customer Service Team will review your ticket and handle the return/exchange as outlined above.

Any decorated item(s) returned without prior approval will not be accepted and a refund will not be credited to your account.
